Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, or Maestro.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, email us at support@taskloft.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?
We occasionally run promotions. Follow us or check back regularly for any active discount codes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days. Total estimated delivery is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship with free standard shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent. Please report any damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@taskloft.com with photos.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our end, we cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Products
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Our products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If an item arrives defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Where do your products come from?
We source and curate unbranded, high-performance tech accessories from trusted suppliers. Each product is selected for build quality, functionality, and value.
